We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to become a key player in the AgencyAnalytics team.

AgencyAnalytics empowers digital marketing firms by enhancing client reporting and optimizing their operations through data and automation. Our environment is entrepreneurial, dynamic, and collaborative, as we aim to revolutionize the support provided to marketing agencies.

In this role, reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will spearhead our product-led growth strategies, focusing on two pivotal growth areas: activation and expansion. Your insights will be essential in refining the customer journey and enhancing the overall customer experience, ultimately driving growth for our organization.

As an experienced senior product manager, you have successfully implemented product management principles to achieve product-led growth. Your background includes leading impactful product-led growth initiatives within B2B SaaS companies, leveraging data-driven insights, design acumen, and collaboration with sales and marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concentrate on three vital areas that propel growth:
    • Enhance Activation of trial users into paying customers.
    • Boost value for current customers by implementing strategies that promote Expansion.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through customer insights, research, and data analysis.
  • Conduct experiments to optimize product-led growth metrics, including A/B, split, and multivariate testing.
  • Stay informed about market trends; develop a comprehensive understanding of our market and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and your team to align on growth opportunities and desired outcomes, particularly with sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee product development in partnership with engineering, product design, and product marketing.
  • Evaluate the health of our primary product-led growth metrics and present findings in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Promote product-led thinking throughout the organization.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience, including at least two years focused on driving product-led growth initiatives in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Exhibit a blend of intuitive design sensibility and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrate expert-level skills in data analysis and experimentation.
  • Ability to discern meaningful signals from data, translating them into testable hypotheses validated through experimentation.
  • Maintain a strong user-centric approach, with a profound understanding of customer needs and the capacity to empathize with users.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively rallying stakeholders around a vision for growth.
  • Familiarity with payment systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of MarTech tools is a plus.
