Senior Product Manager, Growth and Innovation

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager, Growth and Innovation to drive product-led growth initiatives at AgencyAnalytics.
As a key member of our team, you will focus on improving customer activation and expansion, leveraging data-driven insights, design sensibility, and feedback from sales and marketing partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing growth strategies to drive customer adoption and retention
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver product features that drive growth
- Analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and data to inform product decisions
- Designing and executing experiments to optimize product-led growth metrics
- Communicating product vision and progress to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth and innovation
- Proven track record of driving product-led growth initiatives at B2B SaaS companies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and experimentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to rally stakeholders around a growth vision
