We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to enhance our product-led growth strategies at AgencyAnalytics.

AgencyAnalytics empowers digital marketing agencies by optimizing client reporting and scaling operations through data and automation. Our team is dynamic, innovative, and collaborative, dedicated to reshaping the support provided to marketing agencies.

In this role, reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will spearhead our initiatives focused on growth, particularly in the areas of customer activation and expansion. Your insights will be pivotal in refining the customer journey and enhancing the overall customer experience, which is essential for driving our business growth.

As an experienced product manager, you have successfully implemented product-led growth strategies in B2B SaaS environments, leveraging data-driven insights, design principles, and collaborative feedback from sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concentrate on three primary growth drivers:
    • Enhance Activation of trial users into paying customers.
    • Boost value for current customers through strategies that foster Expansion.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through customer insights, market research, and data analytics.
  • Conduct experiments to optimize product-led growth metrics, including A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
  • Stay informed about market trends and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to align on growth opportunities and desired outcomes, particularly with sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee product development in partnership with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Evaluate the health of key product-led growth metrics and present findings in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Promote a product-led mindset throughout the organization.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience, including at least two years focused on product-led growth in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Exhibit a blend of intuitive design understanding and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrate expert-level skills in data analysis and experimentation.
  • Ability to discern meaningful signals from data, translating them into testable hypotheses.
  • Maintain a user-centric approach, with a profound understanding of customer needs and empathy for users.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively rallying stakeholders around a growth vision.
  • Familiarity with payment systems and MarTech is advantageous.
