In this role, reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will spearhead our initiatives focused on growth, particularly in the areas of activation and expansion. Your insights will be crucial in refining the customer journey and enhancing the overall customer experience, ultimately driving business growth.

As an experienced senior product manager, you have successfully implemented product-led growth strategies in B2B SaaS environments, leveraging data-driven insights, design principles, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concentrate on three pivotal areas that propel growth:
    • Enhance Activation of trial users converting to paid customers
    • Boost value for current customers by implementing strategies that promote Expansion
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through customer insights, research, and data analysis.
  • Conduct experiments to optimize product-led growth metrics, including A/B testing, split testing, and multivariate testing.
  • Stay informed on market trends and develop a deep understanding of our market and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and your team to align on growth opportunities and desired outcomes, particularly with sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee product development in partnership with engineering, product design, and product marketing.
  • Evaluate the health of our primary product-led growth metrics and present findings in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Promote product-led thinking throughout the organization.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience, including at least two years of driving product-led growth initiatives in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Exhibit a balance of intuitive design sensibility and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in data analysis and experimentation.
  • Ability to discern meaningful signals from data, translating them into testable hypotheses validated through experimentation.
  • Maintain a strong user-centric approach, with a profound understanding of customer needs and the ability to empathize with users.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively rallying stakeholders around a vision for growth.
  • Familiarity with payment systems is advantageous.
  • Experience with MarTech tools is a plus.
