About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager, Growth to join our team at BioRender. As a key member of our Growth Team, you will be responsible for driving key product and business metrics through rapid experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Your mission will be to guide users along the user journey, from first discovering BioRender to becoming a champion for our product. You will design, implement, and analyze experiments to increase acquisition, user engagement, retention, and conversion to our enterprise plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap for the Growth Team, collaborating with the Product team to drive business growth and user engagement.
  • Lead projects of increasing complexity, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact product changes.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to improve and build upon our current product development process.
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments to drive key business metrics, using data and user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with the Product team to develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS startup.
  • Proven track record of delivering product changes that have significant business impact.
  • Successful track record of owning a significant part of a user-facing product.
  • Significant experience with running a successful product development process.
  • Educational background in life sciences is a plus.
