Global Technical Service Manager for Enterprise Cloud Services

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Service Manager to join our Customer Delivery Engagement (CDE) organization. As a trusted technical advisor, you will be responsible for safeguarding and optimizing customer investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding technology discussions and own the technical discussions with customers, ensuring seamless execution of services throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Customer Delivery Managers and TechOps teams to execute service delivery plans and calendars, while analyzing customer technical requirements and coordinating experts from ECS Delivery teams.
- Present intricate private offering details, technical aspects, and engagement models to internal and external stakeholders, guiding customers on all technical aspects, including Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, Networks, etc.
- Assess customer security and network requirements, ensuring SAP's security architecture framework meets customer needs, and conduct regular technical and operational reviews to measure progress against defined cloud architectures and roadmaps.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with SAP Basis administrative duties and customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience.
- Proficiency in customer communications, presentations, and the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.
- Good understanding of SAP solutions, releases, platform interdependencies, and operational aspects in a cloud environment.
- Willingness to undertake customer-related travel on short notice.
