Cloud Solutions Expert, Enterprise Service Delivery

As a Cloud Solutions Expert in our Enterprise Service Delivery team at SAP, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding and optimizing customers' investments in our Enterprise Cloud Services. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with our delivery organization to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with the delivery organization
  • Collaborate with Customer Delivery Managers to ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality services
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues related to the Enterprise Cloud Services customer landscape

Requirements:

  • Advanced technical background in Linux-based server operating systems
  • Proven ability to manage operational tasks, handle customer escalations, and drive process improvements
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with cross-cultural teams, both international and virtual, to achieve seamless project delivery

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management
  • 9+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a primary focus on SAP technology (BASIS)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, with a demonstrated ability to manage a variety of SAP products running on SAP HANA/Sybase

Salary Range: $88,700 - $185,400 CAD per annum, depending on location, education, skills, and experience.
