About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our customers, helping them to achieve the greatest value from our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them to plan and build solutions using best practices
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help customers achieve their business goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience
  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
  • Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead
