About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and team leader to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales and Team Leadership Opportunity, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our Watermarks showrooms. This includes:
    • Establishing relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the home building, design, HVAC, and plumbing industries.
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
    • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our showrooms and products.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. This includes:
    • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their sales and customer service skills.
    • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance team performance.
    • Providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, including:
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showrooms, including:
    • Managing inventory and ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed.
    • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in the home building, design, HVAC, and plumbing industries.
  • Skills: Proven sales and customer service skills, with the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
