Sales Leadership Opportunity

Puulse Marketing is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team that conducts business-to-business (B2B) sales in person, with comprehensive knowledge of the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the merchant services sector.
- Produce sales yourself & oversee the acquisition of new business clients through B2B interactions, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Coach & train team members in the field by shadowing them, assisting with business-to-business interactions, and helping to close sales.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Generate detailed sales reports and present them to senior management regularly.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
