Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at The Leadership Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes that align with company goals and objectives
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, product, and revenue operations
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide guidance and support to ensure team success
Requirements:
- Previous experience leading a sales team at a high-growth startup
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strategic thinker with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
