Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchens and dining areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
    • Ensure all dishes, glasses, and utensils are washed and put away in their designated areas.
    • Power wash floors and clean walk-in coolers.
    • Check and clean all drains and ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any concerns or issues.
  • Physical Demands
    • Stand and move for extended periods, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to bend, reach, and twist in a fast-paced environment.
