At Lone Star Texas Grill, our dishwashers play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the restaurant environment. Your efforts will ensure that every guest enjoys immaculate dining experiences with perfectly cleaned plates, utensils, and glassware.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail while adhering to the highest standards of kitchen safety and cleanliness during the washing and sanitizing of dishes and cooking equipment.
- Oversee the general upkeep of the dishwashing area, including sweeping, mopping, organizing, and disposing of waste.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments of the restaurant.
- Demonstrate adaptability in dynamic situations and proactively address challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 30lbs.
- Capacity to remain physically active and engaged throughout the entirety of your shift.
