We are seeking a motivated Dishwasher to support our culinary team. At Lone Star Texas Grill, our dishwashers play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness within the kitchen and dining areas. Your efforts will ensure that every guest enjoys immaculate plates, utensils, and glassware, contributing to their overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a keen attention to detail while adhering to the highest standards of kitchen safety and sanitation during the washing and sanitizing of dishes and cooking equipment.
- Perform general maintenance of the dishwashing area, including sweeping, mopping, organizing, and disposing of waste.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments of the restaurant.
- Demonstrate adaptability in addressing challenges as they arise in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 30lbs.
- Capacity to remain physically active and engaged throughout the duration of your shift.
