Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at NA Freight Forwarding Inc. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding sales with new opportunities for our existing customers by providing and promoting information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on quotes with customers to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Provide demos of software solutions to potential customers to showcase our services
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities to position our services as a solution to satisfy customers' needs and requests
  • Use various tools and techniques to identify potential leads and qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team while ensuring a smooth handover by providing detailed background information to the sales team
  • Assist with customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Build positive relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collect customer information for future follow-ups
  • Upsell services and make recommendations to customers
  • Support the closing of sales and achieve company quotas
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to enhance outreach strategies and conversations

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the Transportation and Logistics industry
