Position Overview:

As a Field Sales Associate, you will work collaboratively with a partner to engage directly with consumers, representing a well-respected brand. This role offers a unique opportunity to connect with customers and promote financial products in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Compensation:

  • Minimum hourly wage of $16.55 with additional commission opportunities.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts from Thursday to Sunday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform customers about the advantages of financial products, including credit cards.
  • Enhance brand visibility and drive sales during promotional events.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.
  • Utilize innovative methods to engage with customers and clearly communicate product benefits.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with event staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations within the assigned area.
  • Personable and outgoing, with a strong desire to interact with people.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Able to convey key messages and engage customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check.
  • Having access to a reliable vehicle is a plus.
