This role is a hybrid between a Team Lead and a Sales Representative, requiring a unique blend of leadership and sales skills. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-6 Field Marketing Representatives, training new reps, coaching, mentoring, and supporting their growth. You will also be responsible for reporting results to the Management Team and attending weekly zoom calls with your team to discuss their successes and provide information on new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Field Marketing Representatives in the Georgian Bay Region.
- Train and develop new reps, providing coaching and mentoring to support their growth.
- Report results to the Management Team and provide regular updates on team performance.
- Attend weekly zoom calls with your team to discuss successes and provide information on new initiatives.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- Minimum 6 months of leadership experience, preferably in sales, with a proven track record of sales growth and team building.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel across Northern Ontario region to various store locations.
