About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Kognitive Sales Solutions. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in the Georgian Bay region, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4-6 sales representatives in the Georgian Bay region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and report sales results to the management team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and store personnel
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Minimum 6 months of leadership experience, preferably in sales, with a proven track record of sales growth and team building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Access to a vehicle and ability to travel across the region
