Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Willing to relocate
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office
  • Knowledge of computer and technology
  • Area of specialization in reports and records, financial statements, and invoices
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
