About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at 2692918 Ontario Inc. as a Financial Record Keeper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Data Entry: Accurately record and process financial transactions, including payroll and accounts payable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balance and financial statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
