About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at 1468340 ONTARIO INC. as a Financial Record Keeper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
