We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at TIMELY PERSONNEL LTD. as a Financial Record Keeper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
