Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Strategy Lead to join our team at Global Industrial. This is a critical role that requires a leader with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across both traditional and digital channels.

About the Role

This position will oversee and direct all aspects of our marketing efforts, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid search, and other digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing marketing team, including cross-functional collaboration with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Team Management: Build and manage a team of marketing professionals, including SEM specialists, CRO specialists, content creators, and marketing associates.
  • SEM & Digital Marketing: Oversee and direct Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts, ensuring that PPC, paid search, and other digital marketing initiatives are optimized.
  • Direct Marketing: Lead upper-funnel marketing activities such as direct marketing campaigns, print, and events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Campaign Performance: Ensure that all marketing campaigns are aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts that support business objectives.
  • Data & Analytics: Leverage data analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize performance, and adjust strategy based on results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a focus on both digital (SEM/PPC) and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow a high-performing marketing team, including cross-functional collaboration with remote teams.
  • Strong experience in SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), digital marketing tools, and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and recommend actionable insights.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
