This Industrial Technical Support Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading industrial equipment and supplies provider.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical background, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Exclusive Brand customers with troubleshooting product-related technical issues via phone or email.
  • Coordinate with Global Industrial's Exclusive Brand team to diagnose complex product issues and develop solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate field service calls, documenting diagnoses in our CRM system.
  • Order parts from suppliers and ensure timely delivery and customer awareness.
  • Determine when repairs are more cost-effective than replacements and schedule appropriate actions.
  • Respond to inbound emails and Power BI assignments within 4 hours or less.
  • Accept calls from customers requiring immediate resolution.

  • Strong technical support and analytical background.
  • Excellent written communication and comprehension skills.
  • Able to efficiently and professionally communicate with customers and resolve complex issues.
  • Independent decision-making skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Conversational, patient, and confident demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to stay composed and objective with angry customers, de-escalating issues as needed.

  • Ability to complete projects and assignments accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
