Job Summary
The Commercial Account Manager role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve targeted goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage company resources and expertise.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
