We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in administration and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Evaluate existing procedures and make recommendations for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to support staff and ensure deadlines are met
  • Establish priorities and ensure all procedures are followed
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduation certificate required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid vacation time.
