Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and innovative financial institution that values growth and success. As a Wealth Management Associate Lead, you will be responsible for supporting investment advisors in providing exceptional customer service and meeting client requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support investment advisors in delivering top-notch customer service and address client inquiries promptly
  • Perform routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases, sales, and necessary adjustments
  • Process deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Analyze, open, and update client files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Create portfolio management reports, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations
  • Manage administrative tasks related to client files, including scheduling appointments and preparing meetings
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a secure and transparent environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completion of a college or university diploma in a related field, such as finance or business
  • A minimum of two years' experience in the banking, insurance, or financial industry, with a strong understanding of back-office operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A high level of autonomy, dynamism, and attention to detail
