Job Overview

Currently we are recruiting for dynamic and energetic sales champions to join the sales team at your local Rogers store. As a Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results through entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork, and fun.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and dedication personal and team performance
  • Be dynamic and energetic, with a great attitude and desire to achieve and contribute to the Team
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of retail/sales/hospitality experience
  • Be open to work days, evenings and weekends
  • Provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status
