  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Budget Planning and Monitoring: Plan and monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, and supervise staff.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

    Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language as the primary means of communication.
  • 35 hours per week.
