About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at 2346728 Alberta Ltd. as a Front Desk Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide basic information to clients and the public.
  • Information Management: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, record and relay information, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
  • Financial Transactions: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, receive and issue payments, and calculate billing charges.
  • Work Environment: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a health care institution, facility, or clinic, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
