Job Title: Reception Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Reception Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, handle phone calls, and respond to messages.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, record and relay information, schedule appointments, and perform other clerical duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Health care institution, facility, or clinic.
