Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nanaimo Denture Clinic Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our dental clinic, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and maintain confidential medical files
  • Manage incoming mail and other materials, and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and maintain filing systems, and order supplies as needed
  • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
