Job Summary

Chohan Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for conducting economic analyses, environmental impact studies, and designing and planning structural steel fabrications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct economic analyses and environmental impact studies to ensure projects meet guidelines and specifications.
  • Design and plan structural steel fabrications, including developing construction specifications and procedures.
  • Act as project or site supervisor for land survey or construction work, ensuring construction plans meet guidelines and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits to gather relevant information and confer with clients and other members of the engineering team to determine project requirements.
  • Develop and implement construction work schedules, evaluate and recommend building and construction materials, and interpret, review, and approve survey and civil design work.
  • Prepare contract documents, review and evaluate tenders for construction projects, and provide customer service.
  • Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers, reviewing and approving designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business intelligence, cloud technology, and project management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
