Your Role: As a Business Development Representative - Customer Engagement, you will play a crucial part in our mission by engaging with prospects, gathering valuable feedback, and building strong customer relationships. Salary Information: This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based pay, commissions, and bonuses. Our continuous mentorship and coaching program ensures your success from day one.

Job Description: In this dynamic position, you will work closely with senior management to drive interest in our offerings. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with prospects from provided lists, gathering feedback, building rapport, and introducing tailored solutions
  • Nurturing meaningful relationships, establishing trust, and keeping connections strong to drive interest in our offerings
  • Presenting solutions and completing customer sign-ups, harnessing your expertise to turn prospect's curiosity into action
  • Acting as a professional and enthusiastic representative of the company, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
  • Tracking customer insights and sharing them with senior management to refine strategies
