The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and compensation, with a minimum of five years of experience consulting, collaborating, and leading projects. Canadian Compensation Professional (CCP) or Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is an asset.
You will be responsible for:
- Consulting with senior management on organizational and job design initiatives
- Providing advice on classification and compensation related issues
- Conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure internal and external equity and competitiveness
