At Connection, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team of sales professionals. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing new accounts through outbound cold calling and prospecting.
You will develop a book of business and manage long-term business-to-business sales relationships with customers. This is an hourly base plus commission role, where earnings may vary.

Sales Responsibilities
- Prospect 60 or more potential customers daily to secure new buying accounts/logos
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with decision-makers within the companies you are prospecting
- Uncover organizational pain points and areas of potential investment
- Provide Solutions
- Ask for their business
- Engage Connection Subject Matter experts in customer conversations to provide technical expertise
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customers receive a best-in-class experience
Benefits & Compensation
- Guaranteed base hourly rate + uncapped commission
- Commission guarantee payments (non-recoverable) for the first three years
- Average total compensation in year one ranges from $50,000 to $60,000
Qualifications
- Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
- Outstanding communication, listening skills, customer service, patience, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Successfully working independently in a fast-paced environment
