Corporate Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Living Lighting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the sales team is operating within budget.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to ensure they align with the company's goals.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective coverage of the market.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet the company's goals.
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Leading/instructing groups to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Supervision

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.

Computer and technology knowledge
  • Accounting software to manage financial transactions.
  • MS Office to create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
Area of work experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in the marketing field.

Type of industry experience

The successful candidate will have experience in the automobile and trucking industry.

Area of specialization

The ideal candidate will have experience in management, sales and market research.
