Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Living Lighting. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in sales and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective sales strategies are in place.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Leading/instructing groups to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Supervision

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.

Computer and Technology Knowledge
  • Accounting software to manage financial transactions.
  • MS Office to create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations.

  • Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies.
