Job Title: Senior Representative

As a Senior Representative at Wesco International, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and margin of our products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify accounts by assessing market potential and providing regular sales forecasts.
  • Develop and execute customer account plans in conjunction with management to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their product or service needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers through regular communication and relationship management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years outside sales experience required.
  • Four years industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel to current and potential clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communicator both written and verbally.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques (Preferred).
