About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Calgary. As a trusted advisor to our business leaders, you will provide expert guidance on HR matters, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide proactive support to the business to ensure continued alignment of organizational structures and resourcing plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Foster open communication and transparency throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a human resources generalist/HRBP capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Business acumen and ability to align HR project work with business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
