At STAR TECH INFOSYSTEMS LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional who can provide strategic guidance and support to our management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to align with the company's business objectives
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Human resources software, such as Workday or BambooHR
  • MS Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
