Administrative Coordinator for Corporate Affairs

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canada Corporation. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members. This includes scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information as required. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels. You will also need strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, with proficiency in MS Office and other software applications. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of French an asset.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, as well as a generous vacation allowance. Requirements
