International Education Corporation is a leading provider of post-secondary career education. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Student Affairs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description:

The Associate Director of Student Affairs will play a key role in supporting the Director of Education in managing and leading the campus Education Team by overseeing the delivery of quality educational programs and developing effective strategies to meet campus student retention, completion, and licensure goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures;
  2. Supervise and implement student activities, including Gateway to Success and College Prep Day, Student Appreciation events, Student Awards, and the Student Ambassador Program;
  3. Develop and execute processes for Student Progress Reports and monitoring student populations at risk for first module retention, low pass rates, lab attendance, and overall campus attendance;
  4. Collaborate with Career Services on weekly meetings, Senior Workshops, Externship Readiness workshops, and student transitioning to externship;
  5. Conduct classroom observations and formal observations quarterly;
  6. Assist with instructor recruitment, new instructor training, and daily instructor checkouts;
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, minimum 1 year of education management and administration experience, and minimum 3 years of instruction experience. They will possess a successful track record of effective teaching, curriculum development, and education administration, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and lead a team.
