We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team at Quantum Byte Solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
- Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- Offer advice and training to customers in response to identified difficulties.
- Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Support business systems, network, and Internet users in response to identified difficulties.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree
