Aerosports Trampoline Park is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and employees, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining our computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers and employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
- Maintain and update computer systems, networks, and software to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions for future reference
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
