Care Team Assistant

**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the Health Services Manager, you'll work under the supervision or direction of regulated health professionals. Your key responsibilities will include supporting patients' activities of daily living, reinforcing patient and family teaching, and collaborating with the care team to provide high-quality patient care.
**About You**
We're looking for a candidate with a Continuing Care Assistant Program and Provincial Certification with the Department of Health and Wellness. You'll also need to be registered and active with the CCA Registry. Additionally, you'll require Current Basic Life Support Certification and demonstrate effective listening skills, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and have competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred.
**Hours and Compensation**
This is a Part-Time Long Assignment position (40%); 30 hours biweekly. You'll be compensated at a rate of $23.70 - $26.60 Hourly. Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
