Job Summary

Elite D. Brothers Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English language proficiency.
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
    • Delegate work to office support staff.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports.
    • Perform data entry.
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with data entry and record-keeping.
