**Job Brief**:The Office Administrator will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- motivated and trustworthy.

The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth. The position will report to the CEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounting duties including invoicing receivables, and sending remittance notices
- Reconciling company credits cards, and investigating discrepancies
- Monitor Health and Safety certificates ensuring courses are done and certificates are renewed on time as to not disrupt projects
- Pick up from suppliers as needed, deliver finished product and orders to customers in Toronto and GTA areas
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare operating procedures, presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an office manager, administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, self starting
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field considered and asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
