Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals on food and other essential supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients for catering and facility rentals.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
