Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at I Time Inc. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our users, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Hybrid work arrangement.
- 30 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
